Coaches will provide a college level 40 minute full court workout emphasizing transition offense and defense, half set offense and defensive schemes, shooting, ball handling, and playmaking.

Game Rules
30 minutes per game.
Two 15-min running clock halves.
Clock stops with 1 minute left in each half
2 min halftime.
One 30 second timeout per half
Shooting fouls = 1 FT
All Players must Play a minimum of 15 minutes per game
Coaches expected to distribute playing time mostly evenly, whether by full 5-man line changes or by individual substitutions
