8:50 -- Capitol Christian cruises past John Paul the Great, 72-46, behind Jordan Hill's 14 points and five rebounds. Meanwhile, Poly leads Goretti at the end of one, 15-11.
7:20 PM -- In the lone lopsided game of the day, Christ Chapel Academy downed Broadfording Academy, 58-38. Daniel Merritt led Chapel with 17 points (4-5 3-pt FG). John Paul the Great and Capitol Christian are moments removed from tipoff.
6:23 PM -- After one quarter in our third game of the day, we have yet another back-and-forth battle. Christ Chapel (Va.) holds a 10-8 edge over Broadfording going into the second quarter.
5:50 PM -- Another tightly contested game is in the books; Stone Bridge downs National Collegiate Prep, 54-49. Colin Jachimowski powered Stone Bridge with 25 points & 13 rebounds. Michael Barnett registered a double-double for National Collegiate Prep, 20 points & 11 rebounds. Up next is Broadfording and Christ Chapel (Va.).
5:00 PM -- We have another tightly contested game as National Collegiate Prep (D.C.) takes a 26-23 halftime lead over Stone Bridge (Va.). Michael Barnett has nine points for Collegiate.
4:20 PM -- Ice water; Ethan Jones' two free throws with 4.4 seconds left surges Flint Hill past Archbishop Curley, 67-66. Ben Stern turns in 21 points for Flint Hill and David Wilson scores 21 of his own for Curley. Up next is a D.C. & Virginia match-up between National Collegiate Prep and Stone Bridge.
3:57 PM -- Entering the final quarter, Flint Hill has clawed back to take a 37-33 lead over Archbishop Curley. Ben Stern has 14 points for Flint Hill.
3:34 PM -- In our first varsity match-up of the day, Archbishop Curley leads Flint Hill at halftime, 37-32. David Wilson leads all scorers with 11 and has notched four rebounds as well.
2:56 PM -- Midway through the first quarter in a high paced game, Archbishop Curley (Md.) leads Flint Hill (Va.), 12-11.
2:28 PM -- Our first game of the day is in th books as Archbishop Curley outlasts Goretti, 54-45, behind Kevin Brooks' 17 points. In 29 minutes, Archbishop Curley and Flint Hill (Va.) will square off in the first of five varsity contests for the day.
2:00 PM -- After three quarters, Archbishop Curley still remains in control as they lead Goretti, 36-27. Up next is our first varsity match-up of the day between Archbishop Curley (Md.) and Flint Hill (Va.)
1:42 PM -- At the half, Archbishop Curley leads St. Maria Goretti, 28-20. Curley's Brandon Knapp leads all scorers with eight after two quarters.
1:27 PM -- Midway through the second quarter, Archbishop Curley leads Goretti, 23-12. Todd Gray has seven points for Curley.
1:00 PM -- Our first match-up of the day has tipped off at St. Maria Goretti High School, between two JV teams of Archbishop Curley and host Goretti.
