The Fairfax Blue Devils won the early game while the Alexandria Knights won their second game in a row.

Fairfax defeated the Loudoun County Eagles 69-40 behind a big game from Jacoi Hutchinson who led the way with the first triple-double of the summer. Hutchinson finished with 21 points, 11 assists and 10 rebounds on 9-of-14 shooting from the field.

Fairfax came out on the attack and showed last week's loss to Arlington woke them up a bit. Joe Skule (12 points) and Ben Woodward (9 points) went a combined 6-for-9 from 3-point land in the game.

Hutchinson added yet another impactful performance as big man Aiden Billings as added 14 points, 12 rebounds, three assists and three steals for his own double-double of the contest.

Domenic Duncan finished with seven points, six rebounds, three blocks and three steals in the game for Loudoun.

Alexandria got their second victory of the summer over the Prince William Mustangs behind a big second half from Ramon Jones Jr.. Jones scored 19 of his 26 points in the second half to lift the Knights to a big win over Prince William.

Both teams battled back and forth for much of the game. The game was tied at 20 at halftime and the teams put up a combined 43 points in the third quarter alone.

In the end, the Knights prevailed in a big fourth quarter. They outscored the Mustangs 22-10 on their way to victory.

Macon Dean finished with another double-double (11 points, 11 rebounds) for Alexandria as they look like a team slowly finding their identity. All but one player scored for the Knights in the game.

Mekhi Slye nearly finished with a triple-double for Prince William in the game as well, finishing with 10 blocks, seven rebounds and eight points.

Ben Hammond had a solid outing for the Mustangs also with 16 points, five rebounds and two assists on 7-of-12 shooting.
